Author in Focus-Rubina Ramesh

One of the very noble things one can do is encourage new and budding artists to showcase their craft to their world. There is nothing better than giving people a platform to demonstrate their talent as well as get feedback that goes a long way in shaping their careers.
And this is exactly what our author in focus for this month does. Ladies and gentlemen, a huge round of applause for Rubina Ramesh, author of two bestselling books and the founder of The Book Club.
Rubina Ramesh made her debut as an author with an anthology titled Knitted Tales. Each story in this anthology deals with the complexities of one from the many emotions the human mind experiences. The anthology became a bestseller soon after its release, more so because Rubina Ramesh had a fan following of her own due to her splendid work as the founder of the online book promotion club. And while it’s been a few months since the book released, it is still holding its place in the top 20 in various Amazon bestsellers’ lists.
Rubina’s second book, Finding the Angel, a romantic mystery, received an equally overwhelming response. The fact that it is keeping her first book close company in the bestseller lists is a testimony to this.
Rubina Ramesh is an inspiration not just because of how she makes time for her craft, even as she dutifully juggles her roles as a homemaker and a mother of two, but also because of how she relentlessly promotes talent on popular social networking sites. Many an Indie authors owe a huge part of their success to the blog tours that Rubina organizes with her team. From creating HTMLs that bloggers can simply paste in their posts to creating schedules and sending reminders, Rubina and her team are at the top of their game.

This article is contributed by Nikita Jhanglani, and this is what she has to say about herself:
“I am a writer, editor, proofreader, book reviewer, and blogger! And right now, a proud Auror for the Books N Beyond team! I love writing as much as I love breathing. My aim, when I write, is to write in a way that my words read themselves out to the reader. A voracious reader myself, I plan to soon come up with my own series of bestselling novels! And while I am getting there, I pen some of my musings and thoughts on The Bibliophile’s Blog, my personal blog that is taking baby steps to its way to stardom!!! “
